The Newsletter Block can be dropped into different Page Designer areas, but placement should be guided by accessibility and visibility.

Recommended placements include:

Either option can work effectively.

The important principle is not necessarily which of these two layouts is selected, but whether the subscription form remains easy for visitors to reach.

Avoid Unnecessary Nesting

Do not hide the Newsletter Block behind multiple interactions or deeply nested components.

Although Page Designer may technically allow the component to be placed in different structures, that does not mean every possible placement makes sense.

A newsletter subscription opportunity should be readily accessible.

Avoid creating an experience where visitors need to:

• Discover another component
• Interact with it
• Navigate through additional nested content
• Only then discover the newsletter subscription

Use common sense when selecting the placement.

Background Color

10. Validate on Staging

Validate the completed page on the appropriate staging storefront.

Confirm that:

• The Newsletter Block displays in the intended location.
• The component is easy to discover and access.
• The selected Background Color displays correctly.
• The subscription experience displays and functions as expected.
• The success message displays after completion when Show Success Message is enabled.

Where Hide for Registered Users is enabled, also validate the relevant registered-user experience and confirm that the Newsletter Block is not displayed.
