This procedure is intended for all new Salesforce Commerce Cloud users joining the Teoxane Digital ecosystem.

Rather than teaching individual platform features, this onboarding journey provides the recommended learning path to help users become productive safely and efficiently.

Each module introduces the concepts required for the following one. Completing the modules in order will provide the knowledge required before working with content, products, campaigns, merchandising, or live storefront operations.

Once all four modules have been completed, users are ready to continue with the functional procedures available throughout the Knowledge Center.

The objective of this onboarding journey is to provide a structured introduction to Salesforce Commerce Cloud while establishing the operational practices expected across all Teoxane markets.

Throughout this journey, users will:

• Configure secure access to Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Understand how content is structured and managed within Page Designer.
• Become familiar with Business Manager navigation and the purpose of each environment.
• Learn the operational principles that protect shared storefronts and prevent production issues.

By the end of this onboarding, users should be comfortable navigating Salesforce Commerce Cloud and understand when and how to perform changes safely before moving on to more advanced procedures.

• Complete the modules in the recommended order. Each module introduces concepts required by the next one.
• Never perform testing directly in Production.
• Always verify the active environment and locale before editing content or products.
• Changes made to shared or default content may impact multiple countries.
• If a concept is unclear, complete the corresponding module before continuing with advanced procedures.
