What is “FAQ Article - Layout”?

What it is

A page template used to create individual FAQ entries. Each FAQ is treated as its own page and can be displayed on a Content Page or a dedicated FAQ listing page when assigned to the correct folder.

How it is used

The FAQ question is defined in Page Settings → Localization (Name field) and automatically retrieved by the system. The page structure is used only for the answer.

When to use it

Use this layout for any reusable question and answer related to products, treatments, platform usage, or general information.

Key Rules

• Assign the page to the FAQ Articles folder to make it visible
• Do not repeat the question inside the page content
• Answer can be text, media, or a mix of both
• Page must be searchable
• Complete all Page Settings tabs, especially SEO
• Attribute “Topic” is mandatory and must be selected from the predefined list

SEO Guidelines

Meta title and description must be properly filled in. Poor SEO setup will negatively impact overall site performance.
