Will we be able to create a single promotion that combines both a discount and a Gift With Purchase in the future?

Yes, this is currently being considered.

Today, even though Salesforce Commerce Cloud technically supports combining multiple benefit types, our current implementation does not allow a single promotion to deliver both a discount and a bonus product at the same time.

👉 This is why you must currently:

• Create one promotion for the discount
• Create one promotion for the Gift With Purchase
• Combine them within the same campaign

An upgrade is planned to allow more advanced configurations, including:

• Combining discount + gift within a single structure
• Simplifying tiered and mixed-benefit campaigns

👉 Until this is implemented, the two-promotion setup remains mandatory to achieve this type of campaign.
